  6.  This is a De-MIME program, a tool for decoding MIME

  14.  As a test, I've base64-encoded de-mime.c and then
  15.  decoded it again using DeMime.elf. Worked without
  16.  problems.

  18.  The ELF module can be run by using either SAS/C's "RunElf"
  19.  launching tool or directly from the shell after you installed
  20.  the "ElfLoadSeg" patch from phase5.
